TERMS & CONDITIONS
Last updated: April 26, 2026
Effective date: April 26, 2026
Version: 4.0
1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Rendah Mag's website, accounts, memberships, checkout, content, digital services, community features, and related services (the "Services"). By using the Services, creating an account, placing an order, or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits legal rights that cannot be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, unfair contract terms law, and applicable data protection law.
If you use the Services for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.
2. Related Policies
These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Intellectual Property & Copyright Notice, Refunds & Returns Policy, and Shipping Policy. If a product, subscription, campaign, competition, or feature has additional terms, those additional terms also apply.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or use paid membership features, unless we expressly state otherwise.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it updated.
- You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.
- You must not share, sell, transfer, or sublicense account or membership access unless we agree in writing.
- We may verify identity, eligibility, payment details, or account activity where reasonably necessary to protect users, prevent fraud, or comply with law.
- We may refuse, suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts where permitted by law, including for fraud, security risk, policy breach, chargeback abuse, or inaccurate information.
4. Changes to the Services or Terms
We may update the Services and these Terms to reflect legal, operational, security, product, or business changes. We will use reasonable efforts to provide notice of material changes where required or appropriate. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We may modify, suspend, withdraw, or discontinue any part of the Services. Where a change materially affects a paid service, we will handle it in line with applicable law and the terms presented at purchase.
5. Permitted Use
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Services for personal, lawful, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. Commercial use, republication, scraping, redistribution, or exploitation of our content requires our prior written permission unless permitted by law.
6. Prohibited Use
You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Without limiting that policy, you must not misuse the Services, interfere with security, infringe rights, upload unlawful content, impersonate others, scrape or bulk download content, bypass paywalls, share paid access, reverse engineer protected systems, send spam, or use the Services for fraud, abuse, harassment, malware, sanctions evasion, or unlawful activity.
7. Intellectual Property
All Services, editorial content, articles, artwork, photographs, illustrations, audio, video, designs, code, databases, typography, branding, logos, and related materials are owned by Rendah Mag or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are transferred except for the limited access licence expressly granted in these Terms.
You must not use our content to train, fine-tune, develop, benchmark, or improve AI systems, machine learning models, datasets, or automated extraction tools without our prior written permission, except where applicable law gives you a non-excludable right.
Copyright and permissions procedures are set out in our Intellectual Property & Copyright Notice.
8. User Content
If you submit, upload, post, or send content to us or through the Services ("User Content"), you confirm that you own or control the rights needed to do so and that the User Content does not breach law, infringe rights, or violate our policies.
You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable licence to host, store, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, display, distribute, promote, and otherwise use User Content for operating, improving, protecting, marketing, and providing the Services and Rendah Mag business. This licence continues for content already used in published, archived, promotional, backup, legal, or derivative materials, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may moderate, remove, restrict, edit, refuse, or disable User Content where we consider it unlawful, infringing, risky, harmful, misleading, poor quality, irrelevant, or inconsistent with our policies, brand, or editorial standards.
9. Memberships and Subscriptions
- Membership benefits, pricing, billing periods, renewal terms, and cancellation options will be described at checkout or in the relevant account area.
- Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- You authorise us and our payment providers to charge applicable subscription fees, taxes, and charges using your selected payment method.
- If payment fails, we may retry payment, suspend access, cancel the subscription, or require updated payment details.
- Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise or required by law.
- We may change subscription features or pricing with notice where required. If a change materially disadvantages you, applicable law may give you cancellation or other rights.
10. Product Information and Online Sales
We try to provide accurate product descriptions, images, availability, delivery information, prices, taxes, and charges. Images, colours, print finishes, paper stocks, sizing, and packaging may vary due to display settings, manufacturing tolerances, supplier changes, and print processes.
Before you place an order, you are responsible for reviewing the item, price, currency, delivery costs, address, subscription terms, cancellation information, and any restrictions. Checkout buttons or equivalent actions that confirm payment indicate an obligation to pay.
11. Orders, Acceptance, and Payment
- Orders are offers to buy and are subject to acceptance, payment authorisation, stock, fraud checks, and legal or operational restrictions.
- We may refuse, cancel, hold, or limit orders where permitted by law, including for suspected fraud, abuse, pricing errors, stock issues, sanctions concerns, or address problems.
- If we cancel after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item unless we are entitled to set off or withhold amounts under applicable law.
- You must not use stolen, unauthorised, or invalid payment methods.
- You are responsible for taxes, duties, import charges, and carrier or payment fees where these are disclosed or legally payable by you.
12. Digital Content and Immediate Access
Digital products, downloads, archive access, and membership content are licensed, not sold. Where you request or consent to immediate supply of digital content or services during a statutory cancellation period, you may lose cancellation rights or be required to pay for what has been supplied, to the extent permitted by law.
You must not copy, share, redistribute, resell, or make digital content available to anyone else unless we expressly allow it in writing.
13. Shipping, Delivery, Returns, and Refunds
Shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Refund and return terms are set out in our Refunds & Returns Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed. Risk in physical goods passes in accordance with applicable law, normally when goods are delivered to the address or person you nominate.
14. Chargebacks and Abuse
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend account access, pause fulfilment, preserve evidence, respond to the payment provider, and recover reasonable losses, fees, or costs where permitted by law. Fraudulent, abusive, or repeated disputes may lead to refusal of future orders or account termination.
15. Third-Party Services
The Services may contain links, embeds, payment flows, social features, analytics, advertising technologies, shipping tools, or other third-party services. Third-party services are controlled by their providers and may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services except to the extent required by law.
16. Privacy
We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You must not submit personal data about another person unless you have the right to do so and have provided any required notices or obtained any required consents.
17. Disclaimers
The Services and content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device or browser, or free from viruses or harmful components.
Editorial, cultural, music, product, community, and informational content is provided for general information and entertainment. It is not professional, legal, financial, tax, medical, safety, or investment advice. You rely on content at your own risk.
18. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of statutory rights that cannot be limited, or any other non-excludable liability.
Subject to the previous paragraph and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, loss of data, business interruption, or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Subject to applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the relevant product or service in the 12 months before the claim, or GBP 100.
19. Indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rendah Mag, its officers, employees, contractors, licensors, suppliers, and partners from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Services, User Content, infringement of rights, unlawful conduct, fraud, or negligent or wilful misconduct.
20. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access immediately where we reasonably believe there is a breach, legal risk, security risk, payment issue, fraud, abuse, or harm to the Services, users, or our business. You may stop using the Services at any time and may cancel subscriptions through available account tools or by contacting us.
Termination does not affect accrued rights, payment obligations, legal remedies, or provisions intended to survive, including intellectual property, User Content licences, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnities, governing law, and dispute terms.
21. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except that consumers may also have rights to bring claims in their country of residence where applicable law provides that right. We may seek injunctive, equitable, or urgent relief in any appropriate jurisdiction to protect intellectual property, security, confidential information, or the Services.
Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to contact us and try to resolve the dispute informally, unless urgent relief is needed or the law does not allow this requirement.
22. General Terms
- If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.
- Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of that term.
- You may not assign your rights or obligations without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations where this does not unlawfully reduce your rights.
- We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control.
- These Terms and incorporated policies form the agreement between you and us for the Services.
- Notices may be provided electronically, through the Services, by email, or by other lawful methods.
23. Contact
Questions, support requests, legal notices, and complaints should be submitted via our contact form. Please include enough information for us to identify your account, order, or issue.
