News: Start taking note of the TRAKA remix challenge

Following their first official remix EP last month, Czech-based label YUKU offers avid fans a fabulous opportunity. As TRAKA’s first EP on the imprint years its third anniversary, we get the chance to remix one of the crew’s coldest bits. Namely the title track 'Start Taking Note' featuring immaculate vocals by Killa P.

As far as we know, the only limitation is that you need to prove that you have bought the original release. You fill out the following form accordingly.

The winner’s prize includes:

  • 1-hour production session
  • 6-month digital YUKRU subscription
  • the track will be mastered by the label’s regular mastering engineer
    • 'Start Taking Note' Remix Challenge Form

    Additionally, the label will repost a playlist with their favorites and select one or more remixes for free downloads via YUKU. The challenge will end on July 4th.

    Enjoy the ‚Start Taking Note‘ music video for context! Personally, this is one of my favorite TRAKA tunes of all time. Not often do you get your hands on Killa P's vocals and the crew's amazing sonics.
