Let’s wind the clocks back to November ‘16... Jon1st & Shield recorded an incredible routine featuring some heavy scratching & lots of midi beatpad action that quite frankly blew me away, an honest game changer as I’d never seen something so aesthetic.

2 years later, they’re back at it again! This time they link up with Pioneer DJ to record their performance using the new Toraiz range. The atmosphere created from these 2 guys playing simultaneously is something that will always be pleasing to both the eyes & the ears. I would categorically call it 'retro-swing-hop', but frankly no words can do this style justice.
